Hotel Rincon Sonado, Valle De Bravo - Valle de Bravo

The room was clean, and the staff were fantastic; it surpassed our expectations in a conveniently central location.

Unbeatable location in the middle of jackson was a plus. We went out for dinner, found La Michoacana, it was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room is clean with a comfy bed and pillows. The hotel offers absolutely perfect location right by Valle de Bravo downtown. The place to order lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the property is La Michoacana.

The hotel appears new and the rooms clean. The location is convenient and accessible to other areas. The rooms are sleek and offer great views. The facilities reflect modern-day necessities and the breakfast service is satisfactory.

There are reports that guests experience waiting times for hot water in the shower.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! The rooms are newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore the local culture.

There were a few downsides to our stay. We found it frustrating that the hot water took several minutes to come through in the shower, and the water drainage was not strong enough, which resulted in a flooded shower. Also, on the night of New Year's Eve, we were locked out when we returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning and had to wait for someone to come and open the door. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Good rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. The hotel also offered free parking, which was very convenient.

Although the hotel is relatively new, there were a few maintenance issues that affected our stay. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up and the drainage was not great. Also, on New Year's Eve, we had trouble getting into the hotel despite their 24-hour bell service. We had to wait for around 20 minutes before someone came to open up.
